Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday.

2-3 tees    $15.00

International Shipping

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout in accordance with Australia Post. Rate is based on the destination and total weight of your order.

Lost/Delayed Delivery

Rejy & Co. accept no responsibility for lost or late shipments. We will do our best to help you locate your parcel. Parcel tracing may take up to 10 working days. The customer agrees that they take ownership of the parcel as soon as we post it and will bear all incurred losses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Please let us know ASAP if you wish to return or exchange your items. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused or in as new condition & contain original packaging.

In order to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - your online order confirmation number is usually fine.

Exchanges

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item we apologise and will work to get it fixed ASAP. Please let us know via our Contact form and we'll get everything straightened out.

For all other exchanges and returns:

1.  Start the process by completing and submitting the Contact form.

2.  Return the item to Rejy & Co., 21 Station St Petersham NSW 2049.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are certain situations where refunds are not granted, for example, when an item is not in its original condition, or damaged or at our discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Shipping of returned items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
